Thanks to its compact size, low weight, and solid off-road capabilities, the Ford Ranger has always been a top choice for off-roading enthusiasts. The second generation of the model became very popular among off-road racing fans and was often selected for pre-runner style builds with long-travel suspensions and V8 engine swaps. The third generation, with its completely new platform and extended 4-door cabin, went in a completely different direction and helped the Ranger forge a strong position in the realm of overlanding.
On this page, we’ve gathered some of the coolest Ford Ranger off-road builds to inspire your new project. Look through the features and articles below for more information on parts and modifications installed on these trucks.
