Lifted Porsche Cayman Safari Build by Eurowise Performance
Porsche sports cars are hands down some of the most iconic adrenaline generators ever created, but their field of usage is not limited to concrete roads only.
Porsche 911 Safari builds have proven that these cars can provide absolutely phenomenal performance and deliver ultimate driving fun even on unpaved roads.
Throughout the years Porsche successfully competed in various rally and off-road racing events throughout the world. 1978 East African Safari was one of the first off-road competitions for the brand, in which their Martini livered Porsche 911 with oversized tires managed to achieve 2nd place overall despite extremely challenging conditions and even a break.
“This car played a significant part in the 911’s motorsports history and developed a class of its own, that’s why we’ve seen many heritage during the last years.”
“Porsche of Oklahoma City with a help of Eurowise Performance decided to put together their own Safari-style project, yet in a slightly different way.”
Their brand new build is based on a mid-engine 2008 Porsche Cayman and features lots of cool off-road style upgrades such as the MOMO Heritage 6 rims, wrapped in oversized All-Terrain tires and Eurowise Performance custom lift kit.
Among exterior add-ons are the Rally-style lightbar with four round driving lights by Hella, a flush-mount roof rack, jerrycan mounts on the rear side windows, and lastly the full-size spare tire carrier mounted on the back of the car.
“The end result turned out to be pretty impressive. The Safari-style mods perfectly blended in with the late-model Porsche design key and mid-engine proportions of the Cayman.”
